Trusted Manufacturing
Advanced product management.
Flexible and fast production.
Ensuring safety.
At our four tea factories in Shizuoka Prefecture, we have implemented state-of-the-art product management systems and built flexible production lines that enable small-lot, multi-variety manufacturing tailored to customer orders. To deliver safe products quickly and at fair prices, we have improved efficiency through digitalization. In recent years, demand has grown for convenient tea products such as tea bags, powdered tea, and bottled tea, so we have also enhanced our production systems for these formats. Our tea bag production facilities boast one of the highest processing capacities in Japan.
Freshness Retention Storage
Streamlined and speedy production
To deliver high-quality tea to our customers, purchased tea leaves are quickly nitrogen-flushed and stored in freezers below -10°C to maintain freshness until final processing. At our main factory, we have implemented a fully automated warehouse system with laser-guided unmanned transport vehicles, thoroughly improving operational efficiency. This enables rapid delivery and cost reduction.
